  • People with Autism are so often misunderstood. But they can really benefit from having a space where they can feel listened to and be able to process their own emotions and experiences. They often feel different from others and can get stuck in All or Nothing thinking patterns, leaving them hopeless and scrambling for connection without the tools to actually build those relationships.

    I learned early in my career that I connect well with Autistic individuals, and I attribute that in part to the fact that I grew up with Autism in my family.   • Through practical impulse control techniques and insight-oriented therapy, we will understand where the addictive behaviors come from and how to stop them from continuing. I frequently work with alcohol, cannabis, and porn addictions, but have experience with all kinds of addictive behavior.

    Freedom from addiction is not a one-time decision, but rather is an ongoing recommitment to a different way of being.

  • I often find that men struggle to identify and express what they are feeling. Whether it is managing anger, anxiety, or depression, I use a variety of techniques to help men understand and deal with their emotions. This builds better relationships with others as well as with themselves.

  • I take a Narrative approach to help clients rewrite the story that they have told themselves after experiencing trauma, all while using grounding techniques to manage moments of dysregulation. I always take trauma therapy at the client’s pace and am sensitive to not push clients past what they are ready to discuss.

Cost for Service

I am in-network with Aetna insurance, but am otherwise an out-of-network provider. Many of my clients utilize my out-of-network services and submit the SuperBill that I provide in order to get reimbursement for my therapy services.
